The idea of Metronome was born from experience. The creators, Sudi Sankavaram and Sridhar Ramachandran, have a combined 40+ years of experience architecting, designing and delivering IT solutions to both the public and private sectors.
Sudi and Sridhar experienced the IT modernization revolution firsthand, leading teams in the implementation of new technology and platforms. Over the past 20 years, not only has the technology evolved, so has the approach to solution development and delivery.
From small businesses to large organizations, the need for efficiency and strategic insights are paramount to success. While efficiency optimizes resources (systems and people), insights provide information to make better decisions. These implementations no longer occur in a vacuum or big-bang, organizations must plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Agile development approaches, have helped to promote functionality speed delivery, but lacked the ability to scale beyond the Team. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) drew knowledge from methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) to develop a framework to apply Lean and Agile practices to the Team, Program and Portfolio levels.
SAFe is in its 4th iteration and has been adopted by 70% of the Fortune 100. Over 130,000 practitioners have been trained and certified, and support these projects daily. As a SAFe 4 Program Consultant (SPC), Sudi and his teams have been using SAFe on a multitude of projects for years. His experience in SAFe implementations have included a variety of project tracking tools like JIRA, Rally, and Excel, but none of these tools can be configured to fully align with SAFe.

Sudi is an accomplished and results-driven professional, with 25 years of diverse technical experience and proven leadership in designing and delivering data driven business solutions that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. He strives to give clients high value solutions that can be implemented quickly, incrementally and without significant risk.
Sridhar is a technology entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in leadership roles.
He is currently working at Radus Technology to build Metronome — the first cloud-enabled software platform built from the ground up to support the Scaled Agile Framework.
Prior to Radus, he co-founded at OATSystems, a market leader in RFID-based application software and middleware. OATSystems was acquired by Checkpoint Systems (NYSE: CKP). During his tenure at OATSystems, Sridhar closely worked with Prof. Sanjay Sarma of MIT, the MIT Auto-ID Center and GS1 to help develop industry standards such as EPCIS and ONS that laid the foundation for the first wave of IoT technologies.
Prior to OATSystems, Sridhar co-founded at Auripay, a secure e-payment technology company. Auripay was acquired by Cyota, which was later purchased by RSA, now a division of EMC (NYSE: EMC).
Sridhar has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from MIT. As part of the super-computing group at MIT, he co-authored the first paper on cache-oblivious algorithms under the direction of Prof. Charles Leiserson. Sridhar has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Madras in India.
Raj has successfully led companies and teams in providing Project, Program Management and Business Intelligence solutions to both Federal and Commercial clients. Raj is an effective communicator offering solid interpersonal skills to lead complex discussions, facilitate knowledge-sharing and build consensus. She is a results-centric manager accomplished in championing organizational change, maximizing project efficiencies and optimizing the performance of teams. Raj is a SAFe certified SPC, Certified Scrum Master and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has successfully managed and delivered several multi-million dollar projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Agile enthusiast and design thinker. Stacy has 20+ years of experience in software development and delivery in the public and private sectors. She has participated and led projects using agile and waterfall methodologies, and has custom developed hybrid processes to leverage best practices and maximize organizational assets. Driven by her desire to connect operational efficiencies to business goals and customer support, Stacy has successfully led a range of business and technical transformation programs that resolved significant organizational, process oriented, and technology challenges.
Bill Hocking is a Director at Radus, with the responsibility of managing the overall sales, business development and revenue growth for Metronome- the world’s first tool, designed/engineered from the ground up to exploit the benefits of the Scaled Agile Framework [SAFe] 4.5.
Bill is a successful and results-driven professional, with over 25 years of diverse sales, business development, training, coaching, performance consulting and workforce planning experience. Over these decades of public sector and commercial service, Bill has developed successful teams and created winning relationships with customers and partners resulting in the closing of business in excess of $200M. His focus for success is to always strive to be a Servant Leader, using emotional intelligence and proven Situational Leadership principles to assess and develop other leaders. He strives to give clients high value solutions that can be implemented quickly, incrementally and without significant risk.
Prior to joining Radus, Bill spent years building and managing services businesses within Microsoft’s Federal/public sector organization and Oracle’s mid Atlantic district. Among other accomplishments, he had the privilege of developing the vision, strategy and assembling the team that positioned, coordinated, negotiated and closed the first three sole source contracts for the Lower Manhattan Security Initiative (LMSI) with the NYPD. This success led to this same team that closed the largest services contract in Microsoft’s history- the Domain Awareness System (DAS) program- also with the NYPD.
He is the proud father of two young adults and resides in Annapolis, MD.

Over 15 years of Enterprise Software experience with the last 4 years at ServiceNow to both Fortune 500 and the U.S. Federal Government Markets. Joshua is one of the few born/raised in the Washington, D.C. area – he lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and 2 kids.
